Who I Work With
Successful People Seeking A Different Approach
The clients that value my coaching approach come from a variety of professional backgrounds and have achieved great personal and professional success. Some are executives, some c-suite professionals, and others are highly regarded entrepreneurs. Some are retired, others redundant, but they all have something in common. They are human beings who recognise the contribution that our collaborative coaching partnership plays in their personal and professional success.
They are all intelligent, capable people who recognise that despite their achievements and accolades, a part of their life is making them fearful, frustrated or fatigued. They are dedicated, hardworking and often greatly admired. The kind of people that are willing to take responsibility for themselves and others and often seen as over performers and being their own worst critic.
They possess many great strength and qualities, which is why they’ve achieved all that they have. But when the strategies that have brought them success in the past, can’t help them resolve their present situation, they all recognise that it’s time to try a different approach.
Some feel that their unhappiness results from the demands of their role and our collaboration reveals that it’s driven by an unresolved emotional need. Many blame the heavy burden of responsibility for their burnout or fatigue. Though our work together highlights that they are exhausted by conforming to someone else’s values, not their own. Others recognise that the thing that they have invested so much in, isn’t what they wanted, and our partnership enables them to finally imagine what the positive alternative could look like. And those who find the mental and emotional demands of navigating complex relationships unsustainable, find a safe space to vent their frustration and connect with their true feelings enabling them to meet their needs.
Each client is unique in their perspective and their life experience but what they do share is that they are have all given themselves permission to access the support that they need. Despite often being encouraged to believe that they should have the ability to resolve other people’s problems, as well as their own, they finally recognise that this is both unfair and unrealistic.
As a result, my clients deeply value the support of an intelligent, collaborative thinking partner who they can trust to listen intently and to challenge their assumptions or limiting beliefs. An objective, impartial and non-judgmental personal coach who has always got their back. A compassionate insightful and invested professional, capable of creating a safe confidential space where they can access the resources that they need to get what they want.
